The second grant is up $12,500 from one of my preferred lenders 

Funds can be used for down payment ,closing cost, interest rate buy down or you can use it to reduce the principle balance

Brokerage accounts
Accumulated cash value from life insurance, if applicable

Down payment gift letters, if applicable

Alimony and child support, if applicable
